3. Project enquiries
Submitting a contact form, project scope or other enquiry does not guarantee project acceptance, reserve availability, create a client relationship, create a contract, confirm pricing, or require Nutrabina to provide services. A project begins only after the parties approve a written proposal or agreement and complete any required initial payment.
4. Project-specific agreements
Each accepted project may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or contract covering matters such as project scope, deliverables, pricing and currency, payment schedule, deposits, revisions, client responsibilities, timelines, cancellation, intellectual-property transfer, portfolio permissions, third-party expenses and confidentiality. Where a project agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project agreement will control for that project.
5. Client responsibilities
Potential and active clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and authorised information. Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving all final content; confirming product names and claims; verifying ingredients and nutritional information; obtaining trademark and legal clearance; obtaining regulatory and packaging approval; confirming barcodes, warnings and required disclosures; securing rights to supplied images, text and other materials; and obtaining professional legal, medical or regulatory advice.
Nutrabina does not manufacture products, formulate supplements or act as a legal, medical or regulatory authority.
